Job summary

The Food Hall Co. in Plano, TX is seeking fun, energetic Hall Hosts to welcome guests and help create a best-in-class dining and entertainment hub. You will be the brand ambassador, answering questions about events and offerings.

Ideal candidates read and speak English, may speak Spanish, enjoy teamwork, can stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds, and are open to days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required.
• Must read and speak English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Be fun, energetic and care about guest experience.
• Stand for extended periods; lift at least 50 pounds.
• Maintain Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications.
• Follow sanitation procedures and hospitality regulations.
• Available to work days, evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear the proper uniform and non-slip shoes.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties.
• Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly.
• Collaborate with coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Set up the team for success in the next shift.
• Respond to guest questions in a friendly tone.
• Keep floors and walkways clean and debris-free.
• Provide guests the right of way.
• Assist with operational needs when necessary.
• Understand and apply proper phone etiquette.
