Job summary

Food Hall Co. in Plano, TX is seeking fun, energetic Hall Hosts to welcome guests and help create an outstanding dining and entertainment hub. You will be the most informed person in the venue, answer questions about events, and represent our brand with warmth and hospitality.

This role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, reading and speaking English (Spanish a plus). Benefits include medical insurance for hourly workers, 401(k) after one year, and growth

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required.
• Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
• Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Maintain current Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire).
• Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding hospitality service.
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes).
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
• Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Set up the team for success in the next shift.
• Respond to guest questions in a friendly and enthusiastic tone.
• Keep floors and walkways clean and free of debris.
• Provide guests the “right of way”
• Assist with operational needs when necessary and asked of.
• Understand and apply proper phone etiquette.
