Job summary

The Food Hall Co. seeks fun, energetic Hall Hosts to join our hospitality-driven team at our plaza venue. You will greet guests, answer questions about week events, and help maintain a top-tier guest experience.

Ideal candidates read and speak English, with Spanish helpful. Must be able to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds, and hold Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications. Various shifts including nights and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus.
• Fun, energetic, and care for guest experience.
• Stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Maintain current Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications.
• Able to work varied shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear the proper uniform (non-slip shoes).
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Set up the team for success in the next shift.
• Respond to guest questions in a friendly and enthusiastic tone.
• Keep floors and walkways clean and free of debris.
• Provide guests the right of way.
• Assist with operational needs when necessary.
• Understand and apply proper phone etiquette.
