Job summary

Planet Fitness in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Team Lead to assist in overseeing gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Club Manager and supports frontline staff across member service, training, and daily operations.

The Team Lead will ensure excellent front desk service, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, and inquiries, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment while supporting marketing and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
