Job summary

EōS Fitness in League City, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team, drive membership sales, and create a high-energy, guest-centric club environment. You will train staff, manage inquiries, and support leadership in achieving targets while delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
• Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team; drive sales initiatives and meet targets.
• Sell club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products, and programs.
• Oversee billing processes for memberships and follow up with leads.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff.
• Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper certifications.
• Address member concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Engage with members, listen to needs, and provide clear responses.
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies.
