Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere and be the hub for information for members, guests, and staff.
• Focus on selling club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products, and programs to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Oversee the billing processes for memberships and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff members clearly.
• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
