EōS Fitness is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a new gym opening in Las Vegas. You will lead the Sales team, drive membership sales, manage billing workflows, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team to meet or exceed targets, especially on weekends or when the GM is absent.
• Sell club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products, and programs.
• Oversee membership billing, track leads, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff clearly.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and equipment, ensuring safety compliance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and promptly address member concerns.
• Engage with members in a friendly manner, listen to needs, and provide helpful responses.
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions.
