EōS Fitness in Spring Valley, NV is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team, connect with prospective members, and guide the membership journey. You will drive sales, oversee billing, and ensure a welcoming, high‑energy club environment.

This hourly role requires 2+ years in customer service, 3–4 years in sales, and 1 year supervising others. You’ll collaborate with management to meet targets, maintain safety standards, and uphold our core values while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3–4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and time management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience or interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere and be the hub for information for members, guests, and staff.
• Focus on selling club memberships, individual memberships, fitness services, products, and programs to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Oversee the billing processes for memberships, monitor the sales process, and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff members.
• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility and common areas.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance and maintain certifications.
• Address member concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high-quality service.
• Engage with members in a friendly manner and provide clear responses.
