Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a management or leadership role in fitness, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18+, fluent in English; multilingualism is a plus.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to drive sales, service, and operational success.
• Experience in customer service, operations, or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Train and develop team to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Support membership sales and personal training growth.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee daily gym operations and act as primary leader when the General Manager is unavailable.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and maintenance; submit work orders as needed.
• Monitor cash handling, daily money reconciliation, and deposits.
• Use CRM to maintain member engagement and retention.
• Ensure policy compliance and accurate records.
• Support marketing efforts and community engagement to drive participation.
