Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold service standards to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Train and develop staff to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Support membership sales and personal training growth through effective strategies.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee daily gym operations and act as primary leader when GM is unavailable.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial processes.
