Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to lead Membership Specialists and support the General Manager in achieving membership and sales goals. You will drive guest conversion, training, and weekend planning to maximize profitability.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, performance metrics, and staff development while ensuring a safe and high-energy fitness environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1–2 years of management experience supervising 3–10 employees.
Experience with basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Sales Execution on Key Metrics & Drivers, Personal Production; Deliver Results.
Ensure membership execution on lead, appointment setting, and guest goal to hit financial targets.
Assist the General Manager in training on guest conversion and coaching attachment.
Inspire guests to purchase memberships by listening to goals and presenting UFC Gym with transparent pricing.
Ensure membership department hits monthly targets in New Member Sales, EFT, and POS Private Coaching.
Provide weekend leadership input for gym financial planning and staffing targets.
Resolve member concerns and maintain a safe, high-energy guest experience.
