Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager in the United States to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving a financially successful club.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage front desk tasks, greet members, conduct tours, resolve service issues, and uphold company policies. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer service.
• Front desk duties: greeting, tours, and addressing questions.
• Support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym.
• Train staff on marketing promotions.
• Finish onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Keep club open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and listening.
