Job summary

Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will train staff, supervise member service, and support the Club Manager across daily tasks.

The role includes front desk duties, member check-ins, tours, and addressing service issues, with a focus on teamwork and brand standards. Expect to contribute to marketing efforts, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk responsibilities: answer calls, take inquiries, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update member info.
• Give gym tours and help resolve member service issues.
• Support Club Manager with team management and operational tasks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain the club's positive image.
• Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym and assist marketing/promotions.
