Planet Fitness - NJ/MA One World Fitness in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily gym operations and deliver a top-tier ’Judgement Free’ member experience. You will assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff while ensuring exceptional customer service across the front desk and fitness floor.

The role supports the Club Manager, manages scheduling, handles member inquiries, tours prospective members, and coordinates cleanliness and supplies within budget.

Formación

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Experience working as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 year of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service.
• Assist with staff management and scheduling.
• Oversee member service to ensure a superior experience.
• Handle front desk duties: answer phones, check-ins, tours.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist in ordering supplies within club budget.
• Track statistics and prepare reports (weekly, monthly, yearly).
• Provide backup support for absent employees.
