Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills preferred in fitness or retail.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem resolution and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Must be 18+ and have HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing staff.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and high customer service standards.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and schedule staff.
• Oversee front desk operations: check-ins, tours and member sign-ups.
• Resolve employee issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and facility upkeep.
• Assist in ordering supplies and tracking budgets.
• Monitor weekly, monthly and annual statistics.
• Provide coverage for absent employees.
