Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee day-to-day gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving financial success. You will lead the club team, manage front desk activities, tours, and member service issues, and maintain a welcoming, professional image.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to train and coach staff, with reliable availability to open/close the club.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Supervise member service to ensure a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: greeting members, tours, and addressing service questions.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym is timely.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding tasks in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
