Job summary

EōS Fitness in Murphy, Texas is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and drive operational excellence across daily gym operations. You will supervise front desk, kids club, and janitorial staff, ensuring superior member experiences and adherence to brand standards.

The role reports to the District Operations Manager and requires strong communication, team leadership, and a focus on safety and accountability. Full-time benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
• Strong detail orientation and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a fun atmosphere and be the hub for information for members, guests, and staff.
• Oversee customer service, monitor revenue goals, manage retail and member fees compliance.
• Inspect and report on gym functionality and cleanliness, partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and proper certifications are maintained.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff; provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with departments to improve gym performance and brand standards.
