SupportFinity™ is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our state-of-the-art gym located in San Francisco. The role emphasizes maintaining high cleanliness standards, exceptional customer service, and managing the support staff effectively. Ideal candidates will have prior club or gym experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

The position offers a compensation of $70,000.00 per year and a range of great benefits, including health insurance and complimentary gym membership.

Qualifications

• At least one year club/gym experience preferred.
• At least one year management experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (proficient reading and writing skills).

Responsibilities

• Hiring, terminating, scheduling, training support staff.
• Conduct daily club walk-throughs for cleanliness.
• Ensure high levels of customer service with members.
• Assist in member payments collection.
• Demonstrate ability to operate tracking and operating systems.
