Qualifications

• At least one year club/gym experience preferred.
• At least one year management experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (proficient reading and writing skills).

Responsibilities

• Hiring, terminating, scheduling, training and development of support staff.
• Conduct daily club walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness.
• Ensure high levels of customer service with all member interactions.
• Assist in collection of member payments.
• Meet deadlines for company reports and directives.
• Professional handling of member concerns.
• Ensure visible maintenance items have proper signage.
• Train opening and closing managers for operations readiness.
