EōS Fitness in Texas is seeking an Operations Manager who will lead the Service team and oversee day-to-day tasks to deliver operational excellence across the gym. You will greet members, supervise front desk and facilities, and partner with sales, fitness, and marketing to boost performance while upholding brand standards.

Formación

• 2-3 years of operations management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff and vendors.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Interest or experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Aligns with EōS Fitness core values.

Responsabilidades

• Create elevated member experiences with friendly, attentive service.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including kids club, front desk, and janitorial.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to staff.
• Provide constructive feedback with specific language.
• Address member concerns and manage inquiries promptly.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and certifications.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment in good condition.
• Collaborate with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve gym performance.
• Monitor and order inventory of equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products.
• Communicate calmly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions.
