Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations management experience required.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and vendors needed.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Prior experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
• Excellent MS Office skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a fun atmosphere.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and manage member concerns.
