IGNITE Fitness Holdings is seeking a General Manager to lead gym operations, drive revenue, and deliver best-in-class member and team experiences in Albuquerque.

You will recruit, develop, and manage staff, supervise front desk and trainers, maintain brand standards, and partner with local businesses to grow memberships and engagement. This role rewards leadership, communication, and a proven results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team in a high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; high school diploma with management experience acceptable.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience in a multi-unit organization a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop club staff including Assistant Manager, Front Desk, and Trainers.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, and EFT per member while controlling payroll costs.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment and customer service excellence.
• Coordinate local community events and partnerships to boost memberships.
• Monitor compliance with policies and brand standards; manage scheduling and payroll.
