Job summary

Defined Fitness Inc. in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Greet Team Manager to lead a dynamic greet team, drive member growth, and deliver exceptional service. You will train and motivate staff, manage daily club operations, and push to exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

The role is exempt, full-time, requiring weekend/evening availability. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with experience in health/fitness leadership and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in a management-level position in health, fitness, or related industry.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must hold NM driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• PC literate including Microsoft Office and GymSales.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of weekly deposits.
• Achieve club monthly sales goals and non-member closing percentage.
• Boost retail sales revenue goals including drinks and bars.
• Oversee membership sales initiatives including open houses and promotions.
• Achieve net membership growth through leadership of greet team.
