Job summary

IGNITE Fitness Holdings is seeking a General Manager to lead a gym team and drive revenue growth while delivering best-in-class member and teammate experiences. You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment and oversee staff development, payroll, scheduling, and adherence to PFHQ brand standards.

This role requires at least 2 years of people management in a high-volume setting, a Bachelor's degree preferred, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a team in a high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and technology.
• Multi-unit management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train, and develop a staff including Assistant Manager, Front Desk, and Trainers.
• Promote outstanding customer and club experiences with a clean, welcoming environment.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, and profitability while controlling payroll and expenses.
• Set and track performance metrics to achieve club goals and brand standards.
• Engage with local communities, events, and partnerships to grow memberships and EFT.
• Ensure policies, procedures, records, and confidentiality are maintained.
• Travel to assist other locations as needed; support field marketing and corporate sales.
