A dynamic fitness company is looking for an Assistant General Manager to support operations and enhance member experiences. You will assist the General Manager with staff training, development, and meet KPI standards while managing team performance. The ideal candidate has management experience in a fitness environment, clear communication skills, and must obtain CPR/AED certification. This role offers competitive salary and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPI’s.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing high performing team members.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet expected KPI standards.
• Manage team member performance standards with ongoing development and coaching.
