A high-performance gym is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support operations and enhance member experiences. The role involves overseeing staff training and management, meeting performance targets, and providing excellent member service. Candidates should have at least 2 years of management experience in a fitness or customer service setting, along with strong communication skills. CPR/AED certification is required, which can be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPI’s.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing high-performing team members.
• Monitor staff performance to meet/exceed expected KPI standards.
• Manage team member performance standards with ongoing training and coaching.
• Lead generation and outreach efforts to boost new member sales.
