Responsibilities include training staff, overseeing membership sales, and maintaining facility standards. Ideal candidates will have substantial customer service and sales experience, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for the fitness industry. Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
