Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Fitness facility or customer service management experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of labor control and staffing optimization.
• Ability to work a daytime shift; availability Mon-Sun.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team; recruit, hire, train, and coach staff.
• Schedule, manage labor and payroll; ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety.
• Drive lead generation, member outreach, and onboarding of new members.
• Support budget adherence and expense controls; assist with purchasing.
