Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC, operating Crunch Fitness, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and foster an inclusive, welcoming club environment for members. The AGM will preside in the GM's absence and lead a team to deliver exceptional service at the member counter.

You will recruit, interview, and hire staff, communicate policies, drive sales targets, handle escalations, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and payroll processes align with company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States; U.S. work authorization and e-Verify documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies.
• Assist General Manager to communicate and implement company policies.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Recruit, interview, and hire talented team members.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure leads are tracked and community partnerships are developed.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining professional service.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and secure; resolve equipment issues.
• Assist in processing payroll according to procedures.
