The AGM will assist in scheduling, payroll, and budget adherence while promoting safety and exceptional service. This role emphasizes people-first leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in scheduling, labor, and payroll.
• Lead and coach team to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure policy compliance, service standards, and clean facilities.

• Drive member engagement and lead generation.
