Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness in Murphy, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager across all club operations and drive revenue growth. You will oversee staff, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional member experiences in the absence of the GM.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, community engagement, and adherence to company policies, with a path to monthly bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required or must be obtained within a reasonable period.
• Experience in supervisory roles in a high-level customer service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and oversee club operations in their absence.
• Drive membership sales and deliver a superior customer experience.
• Lead and develop staff, including scheduling and payroll oversight.
• Maintain daily deposits and ensure policy compliance across the club.
• Build community partnerships to raise brand awareness and drive growth.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager to address issues with staff and members.
