Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a supervisory/management role in fitness or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, and team management desirable.
• Background in fitness/gym management or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency with gym management software and POS systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Manage and develop staff including trainers and front desk personnel.
• Enhance member experience by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Support membership sales goals through tours, promotions, and lead generation.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, inventory, and cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Prepare and present performance reports to GM and senior management.
