Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and deliver a high-quality, judgement-free member experience. The role involves sales, staffing, training, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

Ideal candidates show leadership, strong communication, and a passion for helping others. The position is full-time and may require evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service
• Previous management experience is preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
• Current CPR Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests; ensure staff follow superior customer service guidelines.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager; assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
• Oversee front desk activities: answer phones, check-in members, and conduct tours.
