Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to support the Club Manager in daily operations. Help foster a welcoming, judgment-free environment for members, guests, and staff, while leading a team and maintaining high service levels.

The role emphasizes payroll duties, scheduling, training, and ensuring adherence to company policies. A positive attitude and basic computer skills are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Hardworking, enthusiastic and energetic.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; punctual; on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of positivity and motivation within the club and with the Team Members.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing club team.
• Complete payroll functions promptly and approve time cards.
• Schedule team and ensure shifts are covered.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions; sign up new members.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility.
