Planet Fitness in Ventura, CA is seeking a Full Time team member to assist in gym operations and enhance member experience. The role involves front desk duties, member check-ins, tours, and support for staff and the Club Manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring adherence to policies while promoting a positive gym image. Compensation is hourly with benefits typical for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: answering calls, taking information calls, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Give gym tours to potential members.
• Help facilitate member service issues and questions.
• Assist with team member management and provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Help create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing efforts and ensuring staff are trained on current promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports as needed.
