Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others and commitment to service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and contribute to club goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and supervise staff.
• Oversee front desk activities, check members in, and sign-ups.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Track statistics and reports weekly, monthly, annually.
