Qualifications

• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight to ensure great customer service.
• Front desk duties: greeting members, tours, addressing service issues.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym and proper staffing.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
