The role involves coaching, scheduling, opening/closing, enforcing policies, managing inventory, and coordinating promotions.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring excellent customer service.
• Front desk duties: greetings, tours, service issue handling.
• Support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Open/close the gym promptly.
• Ensure staff are trained on marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding tasks in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
