Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others and commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and supervise front desk activities.
• Schedule and supervise staff; manage daily club operations.
• Monitor member service quality and resolve issues.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist in budgeting and ordering supplies.
• Track weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics.
