Planet Fitness in Andover, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and deliver a best-in-class Judgement Free experience while driving club performance. You will work with staff to meet targets, recruit, train, and manage scheduling while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and a commitment to excellent service. Full-time hours include variable shifts to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent service and communication skills.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
