Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.

• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Confident problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensure staff follows superior customer service guidelines.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure superior customer experience.
• Resolve or escalate employee issues or concerns.
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and assist with new member sign-ups and tours.
• Facilitate member requests, issues and questions.
• Assist in overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of facility.
• Assist in ordering supplies within club budget.
• Track statistics and reports (weekly, monthly, annually).
• Provide backup for any absent employee.
