Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Denver is seeking a Member Services Representative to join the opening team. You will engage with local businesses, prospects, and the community to generate interest and enroll founding members.

After opening, you’ll support member sales, service, and daily club operations, including cleaning and guest readiness. The role involves presale outreach, tours, and ongoing member engagement, with opportunities for advancement, flexible scheduling, and training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable approaching new people and conducting club tours.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Willingness to work toward measurable goals.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in members and guests, address inquiries, and answer questions professionally.
• Conduct personal club tours, follow up with prospects, sell memberships, and meet sales goals.
• Explain amenities and promote upgrades and services to members.
• Support onboarding, service requests, and refer concerns to leadership.
• Process agreements and payments accurately, maintain records in systems.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties and follow shift checklists.
