Job summary

Gym Launch is seeking a Client Coach to drive growth across Inner Circle, Agency, Prestige Labs, and additional products. You will guide clients to success through 1:1 coaching and a proven training system, advancing them to higher service tiers and renewing agreements.

You will influence client behavior, close deals, and maintain strong relationships while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in gym industry sales and training.
• 2 years management experience.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations and de-escalate conflicts.
• Able to self-direct and properly manage one’s time.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication with clients and cross-departmentally.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions aligned with company morals/values.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and fulfilment: deliver a world class onboarding experience.
• Oversee client experience and collaborate cross‑department to remove bottlenecks.
• Understand GymDash software and drive adoption.
• Set quarterly client goals and coach on action plans.
• Lead coaching calls and collaborate with Prestige Labs to drive expansion.
• Prevent client exits and provide training portal support.
• Work with Agency, Sales, and Support to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Drive attendance for events in collaboration with Marketing and Support.
