Job summary

Gains Intermediate seeks a Client Coach to grow our Inner Circle, Agency, Prestige Labs and related services through 1:1 coaching and strategic guidance. You will help gym owners achieve success by guiding onboarding, renewals, and referrals, while hitting KPI targets.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to improve the client experience, drive GymDash adoption, and maintain a robust CRM pipeline across renewals and ascensions.

Qualifications

• Experience in gym industry sales and client success management.
• Proven ability to train and coach clients to achieve KPI targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class onboarding experience for Gym Launch services.
• Oversee client experience and coordinate with departments to remove bottlenecks.
• Understand GymDash and drive its adoption across clients.
• Set quarterly client goals and build action plans.
• Coach clients on call to execute the plan and maximize results.
• Collaborate with Prestige Labs to grow existing tiers and renewals.
• Maintain CRM, manage renewals/ascensions, and report metrics weekly.
• Support events and ensure high attendance per leadership guidance.
