Gains Intermediate is seeking a Client Coach focused on Gym Launch to drive growth of our Inner Circle, Agency, Prestige Labs, and any additional products/services. You will advance existing clients into higher tiers, renew service agreements, and generate referrals through 1:1 coaching and proprietary training systems to help gym owners build a wildly profitable business.

A successful Client Coach will influence behavior, close deals, communicate effectively, and collaborate across departments

Formación

• Experience in the gym industry in sales and training roles.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations and de-escalate conflicts.
• Self-directed with strong time management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication across clients and cross-departmentally.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions aligned with company values.
• Availability Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM EST; some weekend/holiday hours.

Responsabilidades

• Create a world-class first impression of Gym Launch Services during onboarding.
• Oversee client experience across departments to remove bottlenecks and improve service.
• Understand and drive adoption of GymDash software.
• Set quarterly client goals and create action plans to achieve them.
• Coach clients on calls using defined plans.
• Collaborate with Prestige Labs to drive Inner Circle adoption and sales.
• Prevent client exits with proactive action plans.
• Provide moderate technical support based on client-portal training.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Product to improve customer experience.
• Drive attendance for virtual and in-person events.
• Report key metrics to Leadership weekly.
• Maintain Inner Circle sales pipeline in the CRM.
