Job summary

The Exercise Coach is seeking a dynamic Coach to lead and support clients in a vibrant studio environment. You will drive engagement, deliver clear fitness guidance, and embody the brand in daily interactions with clients and teammates.

No fitness experience is necessary, but a passion for health, strong communication, and people skills are essential. Training will be provided in our exercise and nutrition methodologies to ensure your success.

Qualifications

• No fitness experience is necessary, but candidates with some experience in personal training or small-group fitness instruction will receive priority consideration.
• All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies and must be able and willing to participate both in our exercise and nutrition methodology.
• A college degree in a health-related field is nice, but not required; fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful attitude toward clients and co-workers (Studio Culture).
• Act as brand ambassador and maintain knowledge of fitness topics (Personal Development).
• Administer client accounts, manage forms and data entry, and handle communications (Administrative Responsibilities).
• Conduct initial consultations and promotional sessions to acquire and retain clients (Client Acquisition & Retention).
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and report repairs (Studio Maintenance).
• Follow policies and procedures from the Employee Handbook (Miscellaneous).
