The position requires delivering excellent customer service, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy gym environment while lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service required.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, non-verbally and in writing is required.

Aufgaben

• Greet members and guests promptly to create a friendly entrance and departure.
• Provide security and control to front door and retail area.
• Check members in using proper procedures.
• Monitor check-ins and notify Operations Supervisor of delinquents.
• Register guests and direct them to the appropriate fitness consultant.
• Answer the phone professionally and take messages.
• Follow opening and closing procedures as instructed.
• Log maintenance and safety concerns and report incidents.
• Attend staff meetings and perform light cleaning and stocking tasks.
