Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly as they enter the gym and guide them as needed.
• Check members in using proper procedures and monitor check-ins.
• Assist with member requests, inquiries about operations and policies.
• Handle phone inquiries and direct to the appropriate staff.
• Process retail and concession sales and maintain inventory.
• Maintain front desk area, attend staff meetings, and report safety concerns.
