Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills essential.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests.
• Handle front desk tasks including greetings, tours, and issue resolution.
• Support club members and staff and maintain a positive image.
• Coach staff and address performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure gym opening/closing is timely and staffing covers all hours.
