You will recruit and train staff, manage front desk activities, coach performance, ensure policy compliance, and maintain inventory and supplies. This role emphasizes customer service, leadership, and teamwork to keep the club open, staffed, and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a great customer experience.
• Support front desk tasks: greeting members, gym tours, service issues.
• Coach performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing and hours coverage.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; follow policies.
